About Selina
My name is Selina Aho, and I’ve been a licensed massage therapist since 2020. My passion for massage started early, helping my mom manage her rheumatoid arthritis, and grew into a career built on a drive to support others through healing touch. After graduating from Carolina School of Massage and Wellness, I discovered a deep love for sports massage, anatomy, and physiology. To further my expertise, I completed a 70-hour intensive at Cross Function Academy, earning my Certified Sports Massage Specialist (CSMS) credential.
Since then, I’ve had the privilege of working with a Division I track team and continue expanding my skills to deliver targeted, effective care. I am also part of Artists & Athletes, a professional network that places specialists like me with athletes to support their recovery and performance.
In 2025, I opened my own practice—bringing together my training, experience, and passion to help clients move better, recover faster, and feel their best.
